Event Details
The Student Showcase is a semesterly event hosted by Northeastern University in Vancouver, designed to celebrate and promote the outstanding research achievements of graduate students in the field of computer science. The event provides a platform for students to showcase their capstone research projects through poster presentations, enabling them to engage with industry partners, faculty members, and the broader community.
The primary objective of the showcase is to create opportunities for industry partners to connect with talented students, recognize the potential of Northeastern University's computer science graduates, and establish meaningful collaborations. By attending the event, industry partners can engage directly with the students, understand their research, and explore possibilities for future partnerships, co-op placements, and post-graduation hiring.
In addition to facilitating industry connections, the event aims to align with the broader goals of the Khoury College of Computer Science, the Northeastern University in Vancouver, the city of Vancouver's tech industry.
