Blair Quinn, Vice Chairman
Blair has 29 years of commercial real estate experience. In 1994, he co-founded The High Technology Facilities Group which provides corporate advisory services for technology companies. Blair consistently performs at the top level in the Canadian industry and is recognized as one of the most experienced agents in his field.
Alain Rivère, Associate Vice President
Alain provides specialized brokerage services in the form of tenant representation and leasing services for the unique requirements of the technology sector. He advises a diverse range of tech clients including internet, entertainment, software and mobile companies, on how to best align their real estate decisions for success and growth.
Loren Bergmann, Managing Director of Workplace Strategies
With more than 25 years of interior design experience and seven IDI Awards of Excellence, Loren has a proven track record in creating a meaningful connection between people and place that develops valuable results for her clients. As Managing Director for Western Canada, she brings local market expertise that integrates global insight with industry-leading tools and analytics from the CBRE Global Workplace Strategy Team. Focused on aligning real estate needs to business and cultural objectives, she partners with clients in realizing a forward-looking vision through a data-driven business case. Loren has also overseen the return to return-to-work for CBRE’s Canadian portfolio.
